By using this site you agree to these terms. Content, photography, designs, and the Advanced Glass Industries name and marks are our property and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Project photography shown here represents completed work; materials, hardware, and finishes vary by project.

Submitting a consultation request does not create a contract or reserve production time. We typically respond within one business day. All shop visits, showroom visits, site templating, and installations are by appointment only.

Estimates are based on the information, measurements, and photos available at the time and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed after on-site templating. Changes to scope, glass type, hardware, finish, or site conditions may change the price and the schedule. Custom glass is cut to your specific opening and is non-returnable once fabrication begins.

Custom and specialty work requires a deposit before fabrication is scheduled. The remaining balance is due on completion of installation unless a written agreement states otherwise. Unpaid balances may delay scheduling or final delivery.

Installation dates depend on templating, material availability, permitting where applicable, and site readiness. You are responsible for providing safe, clear access to the work area and for disclosing conditions that affect the install, such as structural, electrical, plumbing, or waterproofing issues behind the work area. Missed appointments or sites that are not ready may be rescheduled.

Photos, video, measurements, and notes you upload remain yours. By uploading, you grant us permission to use that content to quote, fabricate, install, and document your project. You confirm you have the right to share anything you upload. Do not upload unlawful content or content belonging to someone else.

Portal accounts are provided for clients and contractors working with us. Keep your login credentials secure and let us know immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that are misused or no longer active.

Our workmanship is warranted against defects in fabrication and installation as stated in your written project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on glass, hardware, and coatings pass through to you. Not covered: damage from impact, misuse, improper cleaning products, settling or structural movement, alteration by others, or normal wear.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from a project is limited to the amount paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
